SuperKettles are only available by mail order from newtonz limited. Superkettles cost £51 for stainless steel or £49 for white, plus £6 towards post and packing within UK. Delivery is by courier to UK mainland, normally within 2 working days, and 3-4 days to Highlands and Islands.

Delivery is FREE within UK if you order 2 or more to the same address. Delivery charges outside the UK can be quoted on request.

Payments can be made by Paypal, credit card, debit card, company invoice, or by cheque in advance.

We want you to be satisfied with, and enjoy the use of your SuperKettle.

Mail order customers may inspect and return a SuperKettle within 7 working days after receipt, provided it is as new, in a saleable condition, unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging. We will refund your purchase price but not postal or courier charges. There is a courier collection charge of £10 if we arrange collection of unwanted SuperKettles. Please contact the order telephone number for return instructions.

Boiling water is dangerous! Users must ensure that the SuperKettle is carefully sited, that cables are safely positioned, and that children do not attempt to use the SuperKettle.

Warranty. SuperKettles are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship, when used in domestic situations and provided the instructions have been followed, and only clean water has been heated.  Particular attention should be paid to regular descaling, and not leaving the SuperKettle for extended periods with very low water level.  SuperKettles used in businesses or commercial situations are guaranteed for 6 months.  Faulty SuperKettles will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.  Please contact the sales telephone line for advice.
